I watched it quite a while ago 15+ years ago approximately (I remember being younger, I'm 29 now) but not too sure on that exactly. Anywho it was a kidnapping/murder mystery and all I can remember is right before everything is solved (and it is solved, they just need the killer, who is a trucker) the killer dies randomly in a car accident and nothing can ever get proven and the whole investigation goes to crap. Its realistic as in it could have happened in real life therefore its not Identity or Fallen or any movie like those and I don't remember any actors(sorry I was young watching this).
