So i was downvoted heavily on the following statement: It might not be a popular opinion but i think more people should learn how to separate the art from the artist. I dont respect Roman Polanski or Woody Allen but i'll still watch their films because they reflect art and not the person, like some people wont watch american beauty because kevin Spacey is in it, im not going to let what one man did ruin an amazing and introspective film. Is this something people can agree with or am i totally wrong for believing this? what are the limits for separating the art for the artist.
