After he walks out of the general's room and gets arrested, how does he suddenly wake up at the airport/staging grounds? He's not encountered anything that would alter time or his perception yet. I can only imagine he just got knocked out but he must have been out cold for a dangerously long time for him to be transported all the way there.
When he's trying to prove his identity at the start of the looping process, can he not just say "turn on the TV, you'll see my face plastered over the news stations"? Also, being the public face of US Army/Entire United Defence Force, how would not all of these people know him already?
Lastly, when he does actually destroy the Omega, and dies, why does he transport back when he awakes on the helicopter? My first guess would be that was the last time he "woke up".
