Wanted to watch a movie on my day-off. I remember seeing clips of Tron 2010 & thinking it looked interesting, but not being compelled enough to actually watch the full thing. I'm more interested in the original Tron now as I learn more about film history, but I was wondering if the CGI/special effects or the general tone too dated? I like references to 80s culture (think San Junipero episode of Black Mirror) but not to the point where it's overly cheesy or bad camp.
