My theory is that if a small city changed every speed limit to a prime number, standardized test scores would go up.
10=7 15=13 20=19 30=29 35=37 45=43 55=53 60=61 65=67 70=73 75=79
Don't go faster than 79.
Kids would ask "why?" and kids would have to learn. Adults would have to learn too.
If it doesn't work, it would at least be a quirky tourist draw.
