The title says it. Mine is Valerie's Letter from V for Vendetta. It always had a profound effect on me.
Specially the parts where Valerie comes out to her parents and how her father told her to leave and never come back and how her mother didn't even look at her and the part when she remarks that she had roses and apologized to no one for three years. The Wachowskis' best work IMO.
