Sound of music was on tv tonight and it got me thinking as I kept noticing similarities and confusing the two movies in my head (been a fair while since seeing either)
-Old nun in the beginning -sends the protagonist(s) on a mission from God -protagonist(s) gets the band together and they play some gigs working up to the big final show -they bail out and run away before receiving the award for first place -nazis chase them -pursuers’ cars gets sabotaged preventing them from giving chase -they escape and live happily forever after in Poland (or jail whatever)
