For me, it's Mr. Potter from "It's a Wonderful Life". Not only is that movie one of my favorite films of all time, but Lionel Barrymore as the greedy tycoon who constantly tries to seize power of Bedford Falls is just so malevolent and conceited that you wanna punch him in the face... but in the best way.
