If you live in proximity of a Dolby Cinema, you need to see Titanic in Dolby Vision 3D

I will go to bat that Titanic is one of the best, if not the best, 3D post-conversions that has been released.

I missed the film during its original theatrical run in 1997 and I ultimately didn’t care for the film when I finally caught it on VHS. With that being said, the IMAX 3D presentation from 2012 blew me away and made me finally appreciate the film.

With that being said, the Dolby Vision 3D presentation is on an entirely different level. For all of the films I’ve seen at my local Dolby Cinema, this is one of the rare few that have really taken advantage of the Dolby Vision and Atmos formats. In addition, I’ve never seen a 3D presentation so bright and colorful before. The problems usually found in most 3D presentations such as crosstalk or dimness due to either the glasses or projectors (or both) is not an issue here.

Seriously, it was worth the $20 ticket and definitely should be seen during its limited one week run.
