I've never seen the film Legend (with Tim Curry, Tom Cruise, and Mia Sara) and would like to watch the best version. The theatrical cut with the Tangerine Dream score or the Directors cut with the Jerry Goldsmith score. I am confused as to why the director would chose to make two different versions between the European and American releases. I know the soundtrack is not the only difference between the two. There’s also different endings depending on the version you watch (kind of reminding me of Curry’s film Clue) as well as small scenes added in here and there. I love this form of 80’s film Genre (Willow, Labyrinth) and can’t wait to watch Legend.
