Anyway basically it's two cracks right over the airconditioner/heater where if I was going to cause it I'd have to jump and down on the heater. My question is they weren't there for the first inspection and now are for my move out question, would they understand it's due to settling of the apartment? My dad says not worry about it but I don't want them to charge us for sh*t we didn't do and it's even has another crack that was already fixed showing. Plus I could show them the same cracks in the other 4 apartments in the trailerpark. Anyway contract says any natural cause I do not need to fix, so that should be natural right?
