I found the end, where Cayman was saying that she would introduce a vetting process where people must be able to prove they are financially stable and able to support a child chilling, because in some comment threads on this site I've found people expressing similar sentiment. The political background of this movie is, in my opinion, a great example of doing something morally and ethically bad with good intentions. Technically the process would work and is necessary but it's arguably wrong to do. What so you guys think of the movie and the problems and questions it lays out.
