I remember watching a movie in the 90s on HBO about a mobster who ran a casino in downtown Las Vegas. I don’t remember the whole film but I remember it ended with him throwing cash off the roof into the street. I think I remember he had cancer or some other illness. I could have sworn the title was something Angel, but I couldn’t find it in any of my searches.
Any ideas on what I’m looking for?
