So I noticed both Colin Farrell and Nicole Kidman were together in two well received movies this year. Nicole had a tremendous year and hit everything on mark: Big little lies, Top of the lake, Beguiled, etc. and for actor, I think it has to be Colin as he did some solid work back to back with Fantastic Beasts, Killing of a Sacred Deer, Beguiled, etc.
As for the worst, I think it was poor Michael Fassbender, even though he was the best thing in Alien Covenant.
