Simple Question.
Of the plethora of directors working today, who are studios, producers, actors, and the public thirsty for? And why?
Bonus points if you break it down by genre.
I'm partial to Fincher and Nolan, but if I must choose one, gotta' go Fincher. His films are made as if an Adderall binged OCD-perfectionist was at the helm. Can't beat that level of detail and I think that's why the greats in the industry like Aaron Sorkin flock to him.
