I want to preface this by saying that I really enjoyed Rogue One.

But something about eps 7 and 8 is just so uninspired. They borrow the most obvious elements of episodes 4 and 5... Like c'mon, ep 8 was Empire except the battle of Hoth takes place at the end. And don't let me get started on A New Hope vs. The Force Awakes... I could go on and on, and if you've seen the movie, you know what I'm talking about.
It is just very disappointing. The source material is so good. I don't understand...
P.S. - what the hell was up with dead Leia pulling her Zombie body back into the ship? Why do they think they can just do anything they want with the dynamics of this universe?
