I've been clean for a week, and I have no problem waiting a month and a half but I wanted to see if those two things specifically could help me do it faster. I know all the other stuff, exercise, no red meats/junk foods, tea, water, b-12... If any of these are myths please debunk those too. Thanks in advance.
Edit: I'm in it for the long game. I've accepted that ill probably have to wait it out, but I wouldnt mind speeding up the process. I'm not on short notice, but the sooner I can get clean the better since im getting a good job soon as that happens. It's not on a timelimit though.
