Here is what I stand for overall.
Pro Constitution
Pro Social safety nets for the elderly and disabled.
Pro Abortion (we have too many babies that are already not being taken care of, id rather it have a quick and painless death then starving and crying in a dumpster somewhere)
Pro equality under the law
Pro death penalty (for only the most serious crimes) (also why are we wasting money of some of these people? there are some true scum bags in prison serving multiple life sentences and we are literally just spending our hard earned money to keep those people alive...)
Pro America (in my humble opinion no country is better, if you disagree that's fine, but just know I firmly disagree with you)
Pro kicking out all the illegal immigrants (don't care where you came from or the color of your skin if you are here illegally gtfo please, you are welcome to come back when you have submitted the proper paperwork and have documentation.)
Pro letting the daca kids stay (our government let them in and made a bunch of vague promises and it wouldn't be right to not honor the agreement. besides a lot of them don't even know they aren't citizens because no one ever told them. they have social security numbers and all that stuff so they just assume they are normal Americans.)
Pro assisted suicide (Dr. Kevorkian style: you have like all the cancers and there's nothing left but pain and agony, why not go out pain free and with dignity?)
Pro legalization of pot and harsher punishments for the harder stuff
Pro mandatory trade school classes while in high school (at least if things don't go as planned you have something to fall back on)
Pro gay marriage (why was this even ever a thing? it just seems so stupid that this was even an issue to be honest... )
Pro cutting off our internet access to countries that allow and condone scam callers, con artists, and even terrible inhumane acts such as slavery ( India I'm looking at you. )
Pro tax payer funded boat trips for people that want to renounce their citizenship. (Honestly it would be good for other countries to get back some skilled people that can help build their nation up and bring something of value to their market/economy)
Pro cutting off trade with countries that still practice slavery. (you would be surprise how many countries we would have to stop trade with.)
Pro leaving religious stuff at church or home. (if you are religious that's cool, just keep it out of schools and stop trying to demonize me because I don't want to hear your pitch on why I should believe in a sky daddy. Simply, religion just isn't my thing, stop trying to shove it in my face.)
Pro not being forced to buy healthcare insurance. (seriously it was a dumb idea to force people into it and ultimately it just angered a ton of low income families.)
Pro limited regulations on the internet such as net neutrality
Out of all of the political stances I can't seem to find one that fits what I support. Conservatives, Liberals, left, and right all seem to be so dug into their own group think that there is no room to disagree or have a different opinion. sure they might seem or say that they are welcoming but often times that begins to fade as they continue to push their narratives, their tolerance for anyone outside of their ideological scope starts to lessen. Some of my friends said I was a "centrist" but that is more or less a catch all for people that don't fit into either group. I want something more defined that I can identify with, If there isn't such a group already what would be a good name for it?
