I saw it a while back. It looks like a security camera footage at a train station or bank of some sorts. The man is on a phone and some guy walks up and starts picking on him. He puts down the phone and knocks him down and like stomps him but loses his shoe while doing it. He then picks up his phone and casually walks away.
