I have vague souvenirs of a movie I watched with my dad when I was very young and have never seen it again, it was probably around 1985-87. Hope you can find it with the very little I remember.
A guy with martial art skills and a space ship was fighting monster in one on one battle. The monsters had very ridicule costumes and the floor was all smoke for the fight ambiance.
One of the monsters move I remember was him rolling.
