My local theater (Regal) showed a trailer for the newest film in the "classic" God's Not Dead series before a screening of Black Panther. Holy shit, not only did it stick out like a sore thumb alongside trailers for Solo, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Mission Impossible, and Jurassic World, but it was one of the most disgusting, dishonest, and manipulative trailers I had ever seen. I'm just completely confused as to how this trailer possibly ended up here. Has this happened to anyone else at a Black Panther screening? If so, I'm curious to see how others felt about it?
