Would a transgender person be more or less likely to get a disease that is more common in the sex that they were assigned at birth?

(If I say anything that is harmful, I didn’t mean it at all and I’m sorry.) Let’s say there is a male to female transgender person who has been using hormones. Multiple sclerosis and chronic fatigue syndrome are more common in women than men. Would said person be more or less likely to get one of those diseases? What about other non autoimmune diseases/syndromes that are more common in one of the genders?
