Let's take The Greatest Showman for example - hypothetically by the way - let's say the actress who played young Charity in the first 10 minutes of the movie, then we see Michelle Williams playing older Charity, and then we see she's pregnant and eventually we meet the children. What if one of the children were played by the same actress who played younger Charity? Has this ever been done in film?
