I’ve received tons of promotional calls lately from spectrum and receive flyers in the mail daily from them. I finally asked to be put on the do not call list a couple of weeks ago. It worked until I received another call from them today. I told her I was on the DNC list and she said the company has 30 days until it’s enforced. Is this true? I have never been so irritated with a company in my life but this is borderline harassment.
