So i live in a good area where i have a good amount of theaters to go too. I have a true imax, digital imax, regular movies, and a dolby but thats a little far away. I saw black panther in true imax but honestly didn't like the theater in terms of quality like seats and stuff that much. I also noticed black bars i know its because its not shot on 70mm. So for future movies am i ok going to a digital imax and not missing out on the extra picture if the film wasnt shot in 70mm ? Anybody that could help me out would be appreciated.
Also i hear true imax theaters show the film on 4k and digital shows it at 2k?
