I'm a woman who just starting going to a barbershop. The dynamic there is very different from the salons I'm used to. Also the prices are much cheaper, which is awesome.
My barber is doing intricate design work and trimming the part that is left long. He only charges $25. What is the appropriate tip, considering it's a lot more work than the standard haircut? Also, I know this is early, but do barbers usually get Christmas bonus tips?
