For me, one of the best is Richard Brody, from the New Yorker. He may seem a little pretentious some times, but he is insanely honest and just knows a lot about films.
RedLetterMedia guys also come to my mind. The problem is that a lot of times they act extremely cynical, but I guess the funny parts make them worth it.
