Does anyone have a simple desktop application that can play my music and keep count of the number of times individual songs have been played?

There must be something out there. Everything I search for is a stupid phone app. I want a PC desktop app that I can play music, view album art, and count the number of times the song has been played; It's super simple.

I need this.
