I just saw Blade Runner 2049. I heard great things about it, but it didn't interest any of my friends and I didn't have time to see it alone. However I was able to catch it on a long-haul flight yesterday - my jaw was dropped for almost the entirety of the film - the visuals, the score, everything was just absolutely stunning. The Mesa scene almost had me in tears. And I'm only exaggerating a little bit. I know some people had issues with the plot, but I think it flowed very decently. I think it'll become one of my favorite films ever.
I'm ready to shoot myself for missing the opportunity to see it in theaters. Does anyone know of any second run or "art" theaters that are showing it? I am in Pennsylvania but I'm willing to travel.
