Rogue One is on US Netflix and I had started watching it probably about a month ago. I got to the 1:13:00 marker and left to do who knows what. Today I resumed and I was just blown away. That last hour is amazing.
The sacrifices are pretty powerful and well shot. There is a soldier protecting the radio tech as he engineers the signal. Near the end, the tech has to make a dash for the ship and the soldier stands to cover him and is hit. I don't think it really registered in theaters when I first watched it.
And when the commander of the in-atmosphere x-wings (blue leader?) is shot down, you see the debris hit the battlefield as the fight continues.
There are so many amazing moments, some last only a few seconds, but definitely worth a re-watch.
