Which Borden wrote the diary or was it all fabricated?

Did the original Angier kill himself when he performed the trick for Cutter and that other guy? He did mention it was his last trick or performance.

Borden wonders why Angier chose to do 100 shows for his final run. Is there any signifigance to the number or am I looking too deep?

When Borden forfeits the prestige of the teleporting man to Angier, do you think he wrote down the truth? Borden did reveal that he used a doppelganger but Angier didn't believe him. Not too sure if he would've believed the truth anyways.

Why did Borden lead Angier to Tesla or was it meant to be a wild goose chase?
