I have been shopping around for a functional, cost efficient smart watch for some time now. I didn't want to put out a lot of money, because I've never used a smart watch so I wanted to start off small. A lot of the inexpensive choices on Amazon seemed pretty chintzy, and then I came across the Pebble Time Round. Beautiful design, all of the features I was hoping for, and only $89! I was so happy... until I later discovered that Pebble no longer offers support and the servers will be shutting down next month! Gah! After a little bit of freaking out (as the watch had already shipped at this point) I read that something called Rebble should be taking over, and hopefully keeping things running. I do not see any updates posted on Rebble.lo after 2/18 though. Does anyone know what is happening with this? Did I make a huge mistake? I'm not very tech savvy, so I am more than a little concerned. I know that Amazon is really great with returns, but if there is a chance that this could work out I would be so happy. I really like what this watch had to offer over its competitors. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
