Hello Folks.
So I watched Hotel Rwanda the other day. The scene I am looking for was not in that movie.
I could have sworn there was at minimum a scene where James E. Jones or Forest Whitaker is a General (or other Military-Heavy) and they have a conversation with some other character on a roof top etc.
The movie content heavily focuses on African Apartheid/Civil War/Unrest etc.
What movie am I thinking about?
