[Help finding titles] Movies where criminals run from the law or break from prison then end up taking psycho killer(s) as hostage.

One is an about an old couple taken hostage at home by escaped convicts who turn out to have people they torture below the house.

Another one is about a group of "bad" people go into some random house then they find a girl inside telling them the owners are crazed lunatics.

Sorry guys, you know how it is to get that "what the f is that movie" bug haha. Btw these are not the the movies but have somewhat of a similar theme to them.
