i was at the mall with my mom and this guy was trying to sell us a shoe cleaning product by cleaning my shoes for free to demonstrate how it works (which it didn’t, my shoes were still as dirty as before once i got a look at them lmfao.) after declaring that it works on any material he brushes the stuff on my mother’s handbag and it left a weird stain, with some parts darker and some parts looking a bit bleached. he claimed that it would dry in an hour but, boom! hours have passed and it’s still there. are there any good products that would maybe help in a situation like this? her bag is really expensive, so just simply replacing it doesn’t seem like an option right now. i’m clueless on what to get to help, and honestly really frustrated especially since he was getting angry at us for not wanting to buy his ‘wonderful product.’
