For the past few months, I've been using a small tv as a monitor and I just bought a new monitor the tv only has an HDMI port and the monitor only has a VGA port (which my graphics card doesn't have) and a display port so if I connect the monitor to my graphics card with a display cable and the tv to my graphics card with a HDMI cable and use them both?
