Fast casual food workers, are you actually getting those tips when people leave tips on the credit card at the cash register in the places that now have that on the form when people go to the counter to order?

It seems like every taco shop, burger place, etc. when you order now has a place for tips. I wonder if the restaurants are just keeping that money or giving it to the cashiers and other workers.
