Hey, so recently a close friend and I decided to get one of those friendship yin yang necklaces , where one of us would wear either the yin necklace and the other the other pair, yang, yes we're both adults but hey. I bought the cheapest I could find, they were like .89p, good reviews on Amazon so i went for them.
As you can imagine they weren't sterling metal or pure metal or anything. I've worn my yin necklace everyday since I got them, and my friend has worn hers everyday. I haven't reacted to mine, but my friend seemed to have got an allergic reaction to the necklace. Itching, a few bumps and redness around her neck. Does anyone know how I can possibly make it so she won't react to the metal? Like a coating perhaps or should I just look for a sterling necklace? The necklace is a chain link chain with a pendant that hangs from it, which can come off.
