Hi there! I'm asking this question because I had my ass kicked by some guy a couple of years ago and I want to learn how to defend myself...
But I guess I should give you some information about myself so that y'all can give me the best advice on exercise routines, diets, etc...
I also would like information on fighting moves—like types of blocks, punches, kicks, for example.
Should I get a gym membership, maybe?
I am 17 years of age. I am 145 lbs, I think. I am around 6 feet tall—I forgot my exact height. And I am male, of course.
I hope y'all can give me some good advice on this, and yes, I know this won't be an overnight process, but I'll be more than willing to put in the time and effort into this...
