iTunes replacing in-movie text?

I noticed this when I was watching Captain America: The First Avenger, but during the Star-Spangled Man montage sequence, iTunes has replaced the fun, patriotic-looking text that comes on the screen showing where Steve Rogers is (Buffalo, Chicago, Milwaukee, etc.) with standard subtitle text just in the bottom of the screen. It doesn't even sync-up properly with Cap's punches the way the original does. I've noticed this in a couple other movies where normally stylized text is replaced with standard subtitles. This is incredibly frustrating to me! It's like a part of the movie is missing! Is there anyone else who has noticed this and is also annoyed? Is there anyway that this can be fixed and the films can be restored?

(What's interesting to note is that I used to have the movie in SD and there it's not a problem. It's only after I recently upgraded some of my movie library to HD that these movies have been afflicted.)
