1) How did he find out Dave was involved? It looked as if the phone wasn't cracked. Then he gave the phone to Dave. Dave put it in his pocket. Then the call came in. Who called who? If McCall called Dave, wouldn't he have his number? I'm assuming since he's been "dead" all those years, they wouldn't have each other's numbers anymore. I think I may have answered my own question.
2) Why did the flashbang blow up the building at the end. It fell in the flour. Is there something in flour that's flammable? I figured he knew they were throwing flashbangs so the flour would stop it from rolling and they'd blind themselves allowing McCall to get the drop on him. Or, the fan would blow the flour around blinding them and again allowing McCall to sneak attack.
