Three Identical Strangers Discussion.

Didn't see a post about this movie and I thought it was incredible. Just got home from watching it and I'm still unpacking how good it was. Has anyone else seen it and wanna discuss their thoughts?

My own thoughts from the movie: The study was completely f'd up and I still can't understand how people were ok with this happening.

  1. It is interesting that the psychologist was a former holocaust survivor. Did he ever consider that what he was doing was wrong and similar to what the nazis did? We will never know but it's intriguing.

  2. Still not sure what conclusions I should draw from the parts of the study presented and how the movie presented them. I think the movie has so many questions than answers.

  3. Did you like the woman research assistant? Does anyone know her name and why she knew so many famous people?

  4. What was your favorite part of the movie?

  5. Anyone find themselves saying "oh shit"?

  6. How do you think something like DNA sequencing/23andme type services might shed some light on other people possibly affected by the study.
