So I haven't ejaculated for about a month now, for some reason I can't climax during masturbation depsite being 16 and we'll developed and only can through wet dreams, but I haven't even had a wet dream since the end of June. I've noticed a gradual decrease in my sex drive as well, I don't ever get erections nor do I have the desire to. Is there anything bad that can happen medically if I don't ejaculate for a long time?
