Why Chat itself does not need to follow any rule even if Chat itself defines all rules? Even Nazis need to follow Nazi's rules.
Any free speech web other than reddit? That's say, a web like reddit, but this web has free speech rather than reddit, and no need in it other than reddit for waiting 8 or 10 minutes to reply to you.
Edit: Chat has no free speech at all. I just ask this question which breaks no rule, but I'm removed immediately , although chat defines rules to remove people. It looks Chat itself does not need to follow any rule even if Chat itself defines all rules.
