My question is: why aren’t there glass crushing machines in general use at homes, complexes, and apartment buildings?
It seems to me that if (at least) areas of high density of people should have there own bottle crushers that refine recycled glass waste into sand. It would massively cut back on the volume of glass recycling at return it depots, and large pick ups of receycling are more cost effective. I’m just surprised this idea has not been discovered, thoughts?
