Can someone explain the effects of drinking alcohol. Not binge drinking/drinking to get super drunk, but like sipping during dinner or having a beer during a football game. Specifically the affects on losing muscle mass/getting fat and how true it is. Please consider everything from beer, liquor, wine, mixed drinks, shots, etc
