As a kid your friends mom who worked at McDonald's was the coolest person for giving you free food. As a parent you are nervous about approving your child's sleepover to a house were the other kids mom works at McDonald's. You need to do some homework and make sure everything at the house is safe before giving your child the okay. it's unfortunate, I think as a child we didn't judge adults by how much money they made, but how they treated us.
