It's a movie about an Iraq war veteran who finds himself on a long bicycle trip through woods and mountainous terrains, connects with a girl, stumbles into a bad situation. Finds himself being captured and tortured by some psycho only to wake up in a hospital and realize it was all a hallucination after being injured in the war.
