Personally I prefer doing this for various reasons (mainly convenience and saving a bit of money). Can this have any significantly bad health effects? It seems to me like eating 3 meals a day would've made absolutely zero evolutionary sense for cavemen (I would think they would have to eat just a few big meals a week based on the luck of hunter/gatherers) but I've been told that they way I like to do it is bad for you.
