I’m looking to take a school bus, strip it down and turn it into a gaming bus with tv and consoles. But I know that above 15 seats I need a b class license. How do they determine how many seats are in the bus. If it’s one big couch would it not count as seats? I’m not looking to drive with people in it just to set it up and have people play in it
